Favorite dish in town is here: the veggie burrito! Sweet potato in place of meat, and the thing is massive. Absolutely delicious. Also has cheapest brunch in town ~$5 reindeer sausage & egg on an English muffin. Draft & bottle selection is not their forte - limited and sporadic. The best pizza here and good selection of beers. Good food, good service. It was my first time out in Alaska. I had traveled for work in the SE and lived in Juneau for the first month of my trip. After my flying partner had left for his leg of our next trip, I was by myself on the edge of the world and I started to feel just how big the world was. The bartender was so nice and made me feel like there was nothing to be scared of. This was my little home away from home. The pizza was amazing and they had my favorite beer as well. With one night to rest before the biggest adventure I have ever been on, I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. ORDER WAS WRONG, boss wasn't there so terrible service. My last night in Nome with my boyfriend(I Iive in Ohio) We went here to order a pizza to go and have a drink, didn't have what we wanted to drink so ordered a pizza to go. Told us 45 minutes, when we went back, pizza was wrong. They went to find the owner, he was gone so option was 30 minutes for a new pizza or $10 off... i couldn't eat what was wrong on the pizza. Worst service in Nome.
